As-Build Floor Plan Only - Includes a floor plan that shows the existing condition only. For use by owner for record, planning, or development purpose.

Concept Design Floor Plan Only - Includes a floor plan that shows the new design only. For use by owner to evaluate various options, to obtain preliminary construction estimates, and to decide the next course of action.

Permit Package - Includes Concept Design Floor Plan, and other drawings and documents that enables you to submit for a city building permit. This package will also be adequate for you to obtain a construction estimate.

Design & Finishes Package - Includes Concept Design Floor Plan, and interior materials, finishes & color design info. This package is not intended for city building permit, but can be used as your design reference and to obtain construction estimate.
